Overview:

 

  Beginners This program works with the fundamentals and breaks down the skating stride with the help of video analysis. Our programs gives the player a more accurate view of his or her stride becoming a more efficient and powerful skater.

Level 1 – slow pace, no incline, hands on with no stick
Level 2 – mid pace, slight incline, hands on with stick introduction
Level 3 -  mid to fast speed, incline, with stick or weight bearing equipment and shooting

Skating Technique and development:
This program works with the fundamentals and breaks down the skating stride with the help of video analysis.
Our program gives the player a more accurate view of his or her stride becoming a more efficient and powerful skater.

Aerobic:
Builds endurance in the stride; gives the player more longevity throughout a game.

Anaerobic:
Builds power and explosiveness in the stride lasting 30 – 60 seconds.

Game and shift specific:
This program simulates a shift in a game situation.
