Our program gives the player a more accurate view of his or her stride becoming a more efficient and powerful skater. Aerobic: Builds endurance in the stride; gives the player more longevity throughout a game. Anaerobic: Builds power and explosiveness in the stride lasting 30 – 60 seconds. Game and shift specific: This program simulates a shift in a game situation.
